What Causes Pain In Vagina And While Peeing During Periods?

Hi,Im fairly concerned about my body.
Im 17,5'4 and around 6 and a half stone.
I seem to have random times were my pelvic bone and entrance of my vagina start really hurting when I pee,after needing to pee every five seconds the only thing that seems to help its pain killers and tons of water.
Theres also seems that during my last two periods,the bleeding tends to stop for a couple hours and my vagina hurts.
My boyfriend and I have sex often but we use the pull out method or have protected sex unless im on my period but for the last two periods I noticed I bled for three days longer and then I was three days late.
My boyfriends been tested and his clean so I have no concern about std.
It also seems that no matter what we try I can't seem to orgasm the intense feeling fades away and it begins to hurt. If thats any help.
My mother has cervical cancer and even though I had the injection for that theres still a possibility I could get it.
Please help.
