What Causes Pain In Vagina During Urinating Before Beginning Of Periods?

Hi, I am an 18 year old female. Every month about a week right before my period I get this pain. It feels like it is deep in the vagina area and it hurts so bad when I pee. What could this be? Also, I am experiencing a severe pain right below my belly button and right below my chest hurts so bad I can barely breathe. Please help!!!
