What Causes Pain In Vagina With Yellow Discharge?

My vagina has been constantly hurting for 3 days now. At first I thought it was a yeast infection but "cottage cheese" isn't there. The inside of my vaginal is raw and has little bumps on the sides. It hurts while I'm walking, sitting, and even when I use the bathroom. Also discharge has increased and its yellow. Sometimes it has blood in it too.
