What Causes Pain In Vaginal Area Along With Abdominal Pressure?

I went to the doctor, thinking I had menstrual problems.....I felt pressure in my lower abdomen, and in my vaginal and clitoral area, it felt achy....doctor examined me, and said that everything looked fine, sent me for a urine test, because I thought well then it must be a UTI.....Got a all later that the Urine test was contaminated by vaginal secretions, and that It was no good, but did she still want me to prescribe antibiotics. I said yes, she called in a prescription for sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim DS to be taken 2 pills a day for 3 days They said it should clear it up .This was Thursday Friday morning, I got my prescription and took my first pill, then before I went to bed I took my second pill Woke up Saturday morning in excrutiating pain, in the vaginal/clitoral area. i put on a pad, to catch leaking urine and it had blood in it. doesn t burn when I pee, but do feel the need to go,, and it hurts then, or right after I pee, then it feels like there s pulling in my lower belly, and the clitoral area. I took another antibiotic pill and have been miserable all day. I still have 3 more pills to take.but it seems to be getting worse and I dn t know if it really is or not..or if the sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim is the right drug. Today is Saturday, and im leaving the state for 10 ddays on Thursday, ,so I need this fixed asap help!
