What Causes Pain In Vaginal Area And Swelling In Feet?

I have a few medical issues that doctors really haven't found the right answers to. since 2004 I've been dealing with chronic chest pain and swollen feet at that time the only medicine i took was birth control patch and 1 half of a blood pressure pill to control an irregular heart beat. Between 2005 and 2007 I had 2 very rough pregnancies that both ended in cesarean births. 2008 I had an oblation due to iron deficiency anemia and irregular cycles. 2009 I had a partial hysterectomy and later found out I had a blood clot in my left lung that is now gone away (supposedly). I still have swollen feet and really bad chest pain that at times cuts me deeply when leaning, turning, doing exercise, or while doing nothing at all. Just recently I have been experiencing a lot of back pain in the area where I received 2 epidurals to the lower waistline part of my back. I have lots of headaches and last but not least I have this pain in my vagina area that is bothering me. It fells like I'm going through child birth and it hurts so bad when I try to walk it off it brings me to limping. (currently taking wellbutrin 150mg and flexeril) What could be going on with me??????
