What Causes Pain In Wrist During Menstruation?

Hello I have had pain in my wrist a couple days into my period this month and it happened the same time last month, a couple days into my menstrual cycle and again the month before. It only hurts during my periods and in my left wrist, even though I am right handed. Please could u explain if u think u know what is causing this. Kind regards

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pain in the wrist what you could be experiencing could be unrelated directly to menstruation. However, it could have been caused due to calcium deficiency.
Kindly take calcium supplementation for a period of a month regularly in the form of tablets and syrups. Also consume calcium rich foods like drinking a glass of milk at bedtime.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and get better.
