What Causes Pain In Wrist On Movement Of Hand?

I have pain with movement in my left wrist on the thumb side. Pain increase with movement. My dog jumped up on me today and the pain got very severe for just a few seconds and I felt hot all over and nauseated. Now back to the same level of pain as before. I have weakness and limited mobility with the wrist. Christmas eve I was pulling a 60 lb box off a shelf over my head and at the time I didn't feel as if I injured it but now I'm guessing that I might of.
