What Causes Pain Indifferent Parts Of The Body?

Hello, I have a sharp pain throughout different parts of my body. First my nipples started to hurt, not the breast just the nipples, then soon after I started getting pains along my hip to hip. Then the pain stretched out to my stomach, chest, and sides, and also around my vaginal area. And now a day later it hurts to breathe or move around in certain ways.
