What Causes Pain Inside The Right Calf?

I am a kidney transplant patient of 8 years. I have a pain in my right inside calf, no bruising, does not hurt when you touch. Went off cholesterol medicine for 4 days thinking that may it, nothing changed. Feels a little better when walking, throbs a night when sleeping

since 8 years have passed so incompatibility can be ruled out. stil the surgeon can be consulted and kidney function test can be monitored donot try any medication without doctors advise get regularly checked by surgeon who has operated.
