What Causes Pain Moving Between The Upper And Lower Arm?

I HAVE PAIN FROM MY ELBOW TO MY SHOULDER AND IT SEEMS TO MOVE UP AND DOWN MY ARM. I CANNOT SLEEP ON MY LEFT SIDE WITH MY ARM UNDERNEATH MY BODY BUT HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY RIGHT ARM. AT FIRST i. THOUGHT HEART ATTACK BUT IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS OFF AND ON FOUR ABOUT 6 MONTHS

hello..it May be due to cervical spondylosis...get a X-ray neck done and start tablet Pregabalin - M once daily for 4 weeks and follow...
