General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM.
I read the details given by you.
It seems to be due to sinus infection or eye strain.
Do you have any other problems like redness of eyes & watering? Is it possible that your spects number are changed recently or you may have developed refractive error? In this case, you should get your eyes checked.
If you have other symptoms like fever, nasal discharge or change in vocal resonance, then there is possibility of sinusitis and congestion of sinus. In this case, you should try decongestants along with steam inhalation.
Hope this will be helpful.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
