What Causes Pain Near The Heart And In The Left Arm?

I have gastric problem and I was medicated with Motiza and Razo 20. When ever i have a problem I use Razo 20. But from past 4-5 days I am on Razo 20, bloating of my stomach has reduced. But there is pain on the left side i.e near heart as well as left arm. Should I have to continue with Motiza also. I am getting tensed up. Please give me your suggestion.
