What Causes Pain Near To Heart With Tiredness?
I am a female, 34 years old, 165lbs, caucasion, 5ft 7inches tall. For years I've had a dull ache or pain where my heart is. Some times I go months without the pain, or I just don't notice it. During the times I notice it most, I notice that it feels as if my heart skips a beat, and in that instant, I stop breathing too. I have no other symptoms that go with it, except I do feel tired alot. Should I worry?

You seem to have ventricular ectopics.These can produce occasional chest pain with tiredness.Baseline EKG can clearly identify the site and duration of ectopics.Screening 2 dimensional echocardiography can rule out organic heart lesions.Drugs like betablockers ex propanalol and anxiolytics like alprazolam can reduce these palpitations.Most of these are benign and warrant and require no special treatment.Reduction in the intake of caffeinated drinks can help in some people.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
