What Causes Pain/numbness In Hands/arms?

Hi I get bad pain in my right and left hand and shooting up both arms. My right hand is totally numb, zero sensation up to elbow so I cannot grip anything, No manual dexterity - can't hold a pen. Feeling of ants crawling all over me and feeling of cobwebs on my face. I wake up feeling nauseous. I feel foggy-brained and tired - but we all do at some point. But the lack of sensation - and continuing loss of sensation is worrying. I feel as though a million plastid bags are wrapped round my right - and the left hand is going the same way. My arms feel very very tired much of the time - as if they have run a marathon... Any suggestions?
