What Causes Pain On Ankle Due To Hitting And Tingling In Toes?

I hit my right ankle hard on the outer side of the ankle,on the corner of a dishwasher that was left open. There was a lot of pain and a hard small lump on the inner side of large ankle bone. I have iced it still painful and some tingling in toes. thanks Sue
