What Causes Pain On Back Side Of Leg?

hi..I am a female of 22 years old..i have pain in the back side of my leg starting from buttocks since 4 months.i have a lot of pain especially at nights.i have got my MRI done and it says 'Moderate canal stenosis and nerve compression'.i am taking rest sicn 15 days but have no relief...please help
