What Causes Pain On Back Side Of Thigh?

I was on Loestrin 24 Fe for one cycle and stopped due to pain that I started getting in my right thigh to behind the back of my right knee. I got nervous that there could potentially be a blood clot, but I have not taken the pill for about a week now, and I am still getting these aches/pains. Should I be worried?
