What Causes Pain On Both Testicles?

My husban is have pain in both of his testicles is this a std disease systom? Or because he ride on a forklift the seat might have him irratitatd he have to put a pillow between his legs to get comfort while laying down it mostlly hurt on the left than right. He weight 145lbs. "6 0" in good health except he went to the doctor last month for colon irregular bowel.

Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Could be from STD / or it could be from riding trauma / or could be from bilateral Varicocele,more so on left / or could be from accompanied IBS with irritation of neurovascular bundle.
Assessment for other causes by Second opinion from Urologist/ Surgeon would fix the exact cause after USG/ Doppler study of the Scrotal bag.
