What Causes Pain On Either Side Of Waist While Coughing Or Moving?

my mother has pain in both sides of her waist that hurts when she coughs or moves. this started yesterday. temperature is 100. has high blood pressure and heart is a-fib(spelling?) and is 82 yrs old. has no appetite to eat, feels nausea off and on. thought she had the flu until she said her sides hurt. can this be the flu?

Well come to HCM
If this is low grade fever then this could cause muscular pain, it is advisable to find out the cause of fever and this need to be treated till then she can be given "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed, for the cardiac condition it may be due to age, it is nothing to worry unless it is silent, take care.
