What Causes Pain On Left Lobe Just Below The Chest Rib?

The cyst size is 6.5 mm.Sometimes I feel that urine force is weak, otherwise no other problem.Though the pain on right has subsided, I am now experiencing pain on left lobe just below the chest rib for last one week.USG report indicates Liver normal in size 11.1 cm with grade 1 fatty changes. Borderline splenomagaly with spleen in size 13 cm and normal in echotexure.I have already written reg mild prostaomegaly and small cyst 6.5 size in right kidney. Pl advise.
