What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Waistline And Back Along With Cramps?

I am 68 years old, and in good health. I take no meds. For the last week or so I have had a pain in my left side, right below my waistline, in the back. In the fatty part of my hip. It comes on slowly, if I have been standing for a while, and it almost has a cramping sensation. Could it be the way I sleep or maybe have strained myself?

Muscular spasm is very likely and this could be due to some uneven angle or poor gait, better to have some rest and NSAID can be tried and best option would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps take care
