What Causes Pain On Left Testicle While Masturbation?

I ve had lower left about pain and on my lower left testicle pain that lasts about 5 min. Then when I masturbate it feels better after but after I masturbate a tingly feeling out a mild sharp pain is there and when I masturbate it shoots out everytime like I never masturbated before. What s wrong with me?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Left Sigmoid colitis with Irritated Left Testicular neuro-vascular bundle with Varicocele.
Masturbation causing unsatisfied arousal,leads to engorment of the testicle and varicocele,which cause left testicle pain with each Masturbation.
Increase in the pain lately,seems to be due to the increased venus insufficiency over a time in last few mths, due to repeated masturbations,adding to your testicular pains lately.
USG with Color doppler study of the Left testes would resolve the cause in your case.
Second opinion from Urologist and his assessment after physical examination, would resolve your anxiety.
