Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of daily masturbation and now pain in left testis during morning hours only as it subsides in the day time. You are taking vitamins supplements.
This is an odd presentation. It is worth studying why would one have pain in the left testis only in the morning
The most probable cause can be:
Blockage of the vas or epididymis which gets relieved by the day if he blockage is due to debris as we call it.
Another cause can be hernia or so.
The diagnosis can be aided by :
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination during pain and when not in pain to have the differentiation.
I know this is tedious but has to do to get a proper diagnosis.
An opinion of an Urologist can help.
