What Causes Pain On Lower Left Side Of Abdomen?

Hi, I actually consider myself as a pretty healthy person who doesn t fall sick. But this evening I started to feel pain on the lower left side of my stomach. Very close to my groin area. I can t actually apply any pressure to that area. It feels like I have a lot of urine stored but I ve pee d several times. So I m not sure whats causing the pressure there. Can you help? I am a female, based in London. Thanks

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having loose pelvic floor muscles or developing Cestocele producing feeling of retention of urine or feeling pressure.
There might be having urinary tract infection as well.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Mean while go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
