What Causes Pain On Lower Left Side Of Body After Having Hysterectomy?

I have a history of endometriosis. A year ago I had a total hysterectomy. I still have both ovaries. This past week I have been having pain on my lower left side especially after urinating. I ve had this pain before when ovulating. Is this normal after having a hysterectomy?

Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Your pain doesn't seem to be associated with hysterectomy. It could be because of other reasons like urinary tract infection, renal or uretric calculi, colitis. I advise you to get ultrasound done and urine examination to confirm.

Thank you
