What Causes Pain On Neck, Shoulder And Chest?

Im at 20 i have pain on my neck shoulder chest whole my right side .i consulted many doctors and all of them said i dont have any problem,they took x ray ,mri scan.i have seen some images on net like me and the diesease is sprengel deformity,but any doctor didnt tell i have the disorder.kindly help me
