What Causes Pain On One Side Of Face With Numbness?

About 4 years ago, I was out of work for three days with the most severe pain in the right side of my face (cheek area) and numbness at times. Ever since then, I swear there is a tooth or something hard pressing against or inside my adenoids. I have had several cat scans, etc. and nothing shows up. What are they missing? It drives me nuts and I know in my heart something is not right.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the chances of maxillary sinusitis is very likely and this is to be treated accordingly on tentative base this could be treated with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
