What Causes Pain On Pleura And Tingling Sensation On Upper Body?

Hello, I Recently had 2 cold sores on my lips, Together with that i have a pain on my pleura all the way to the back and a tingeing sensation on the upper body, The pain is not severe but its always there and constant, What is this pain? Its getting me very Anxious and Stressed and i believe that's not helping either. Im 24 year's old Smoker,Abit Overweight, No heart disease since last check a few months ago.

In my opinion you should go for chest x ray as soon as possible. Because your lip lesion may be herpes labialis is quite common with pneumococcal pneumonia. And you are having pleuritic pain with heaviness in chest so high chances of pleurisy due to pbeumonia.
