General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection which can commonly cause ear pain or even an ear infection. I suggest using Acetaminophen for the pain three times a day. I recommend using an antibiotic ear drop and put warm compresses on the ear. If the symptoms continue you may need oral antibiotics. In such a case, I suggest to consult an ENT specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
