What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen With History Of Having Prostrate Cancer?

My husband has severe stomach pain on his right side under his ribs he says it s a pain that makes him nauseas and he is moving around and can t settle with the pain.he has a history of prostate cancer non curable but has stayed in remission for 10 years his pas has risen on his last blood test.he has vomited twice.should I ring for a gp because he is in a lot of pain?

Yes, if he is in severe pain, he should either go to his doctor's office or an emergency center.

His doctor can also visit him at home if you can considering this option but may still need to send him to a medical center for treatment.
Since the pain is on the right upper side of the abdomen, it may be related to the gallbladder or liver.
