What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Body And Lower Back Pain?
I started having severe pain on my right side about 4 hours ago, and blood in my urine. Difficulty peeing, like going through a straw, intense pain when I go, and lower back pain. Toilet tissue is pink when I wipe and definite blood in toilet past three times. General abdominal tenderness, and headache. Sporadic shooting pains on right side. I had a partial hysterectomy 18 years ago, so I do not have periods. This all came on very suddenly. Wondering if I should go to hospital.

The pain apears to be due to renal stone.
You need to undergo ultrasound to see for renal stone.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
According to the size of stone further treatment will be required.
