Hello welcome to HCM. You met with an accident hurting on right side. If so there could be hair line fracture of ribs. if its sever type of fracture ,also causing lung injury then there could have been associated breathing problem. Please get one plane chest Xray to confirm any abnormalities. If there is no difficulty in breathing and ribs are normal, then i suspect stones in gallbladder which will show pains just like delivery pains(cramp). These are obstructing the duct. If X ray is normal then get one plain abdominal scan through which you will come to know what has happened. Take appointement with a surgeon for further treatement. He will guide you. If it is related to ribs, then go to orthopaedician. Take care.
