What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Groin?

hey im 23 male and ive just noticed a pain in only the right side of my groin, its swollen not too much but was really sore to touch hasnt got any worse since yesturday any ideas what i should do/ what it is? i have been having unprotected sex also if that helps..
