ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, in my opinion this may be a muscular pain or a neuralgia. What is the nature of pain, is it a pricking pain or a dull aching type and what are the factors that lead this pain to increase or decrease. I suggest you to meet a neurologist for the same without any fear as this will decrease your agony.you can try taking a muscle relaxant but better to have a visit.
