What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Lower Abdomen?
my lower stomach on the right hand side is painful. feels like a pulled muscle. (but it's not). when I try to take a deep breath it hurts really bad across my lower stomach and into the right side of my back. Times I will get really good pains that take my breath. This has been going on for 3 days. I am 54 years of age and in pretty good shape. very active.

From history it seems that you might be having acute appendicitis giving this typical type of pain in right lower abdomen.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Go for examination when pain is present.
Meanwhile take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spa or Cyclopam.
Take light diet.
