What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Ribs And Dizziness While Treating For Hypothyroidism?

Hi. I am a 39 yr old female with Hypothyroidism since 15 yrs old. I smoke a bit less than 1 pack a day. I have been experiencing random pain in right side ribs and shoulders sometimes going through my breast. Lightheadedness and very tired. Now my arms are going tingly and numb and im in pain all over. I keep feeling fluttering feeling on right side of neck too. Im miserable and scared

You need to get tested.

How often do you get your TSH levels checked and adjust the dose of it?

It should be done atleast 3 to 6 months once, if not done do it.

Check your fasting blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes.

The pain can be anything from a neurological cause to referred gastric pain or gallbladder pain

You can get an xray spine, ultrasound abdomen, x ray chest, Echo to see if everything is normal
