What Causes Pain On Right Side Of The Body?

Hi I am having sharp dull pain on my right side most time the pain is so severe it hurt to walk or move. I went to ER. They told me my ct scan and all test are normal. I visit a Dr for follow up an was told my sonogram was normal. I am still having pain on my right side

Hi,

If CT and ultrasound are normal likely no visceral or anatomical cause however muscle spasm or sprain is still a possibility. Using OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongside muscle relaxants like Orphenidine or Tizaindine can be helpful.
