What Causes Pain On Shoulder And Neck?

Sir, I have severe pain in my shoulders and right side of neck.More painful when I get up in the morning and lasts for about 2 hours and starts coming down.I am taking accupuncture and homeo medicines like cautsticum 1M twice a week and Rhus Tox 30 daily 2 hourly.Am I on right treatment.
