Hello,

Treatment depends upon the severity of stenosis.

You may take the tablet twice a day. Depending upon severity of stenosis the treatment depends.

If it is critical stenosis and pain in the rest not responding to vasodilators then need to be treated immediately.

Also check this pain may be due to spondylosis with radiculopathy or aortic dissection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
