What Causes Pain On The Back Of The Legs?
49 year old male good shape - have strange pains in backs of both legs - usually quite painful when I first stand after sitting for some time - strange pain that grabs and my legs lock up for a few strides ....not sure if this started from ellipitcal exercise machines but that was several weeks ago?

u Can take some muscle relaxants and becosules and calcium suplementsbfor some days and see response
