What Causes Pain On The Elbow And Ulnar Nerve After An Accident?

I have ulnar nerve pain after a car accident. The tendon on the outside of my left wrist was repaired 3 days ago as it was torn. My ulnar nerve is extremely sensitive at the elbow and causes "funny bone" pain at the slightest touch. What could cause this? MRIs have been done of my neck, upper, and middle back.
