Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having some pain (intermittent) in my left shoulder. Note: Accident in March that resulted in partially torn rotator cuff. Pain in shoulder is not just with movement. I have also had some discomfort under my left breast & left side. At times in my left shoulder in my back. should I still be having this pain from shoulder injury & would it also refer to the other areas mentioned?
The pain you are experiencing now seems to be in the chest area. It very likely is muscular in nature if it is affected by movement and breathing. On the other hand, it is best to be checked to make sure there is no problem with the lungs and heart first.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
