What Causes Pain On The Left Side Despite A Normal Blood Work?

I have a 14 year old son, chronic left side pain, sick 2 times within one month, stomach flu like systems. He has had a CT Scan as well as blood work with nothing showing but healthy. Doctor states bruises muscle on the left side, however, son is sick for second time and pain in his stomach and all along the left side.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

According to history it seems your child having left sided stomach pain..

CT scan normal, so organic cause not present...

It could be simple gastritis problem from unhealthy food

He can be prescribed pantoprazole like drug for two week..

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach...

Excess tea, coffee, non veg food, stress avoided....

Green leafy vegetables and fruits more

If still problem continue and if needed H. Pylori gastritis ruled out by urea breath test
