What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of Abdomen?

I m having pain on the left side of my abdomen and I looked it up on the anatomical chart and it would be the transfers intestine I believe and it feels like summer band across my stomach that hurts but word I m having the most pain that feels like I tore myself

Hi

It could be related to gas production, intestinal ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, and so on. We cannot accurately diagnose the cause without investigations like at least an ultrasound abdomen or CT scan, and a colonoscopy.
