General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems jejunitis. Abdominal infectious are hard to find in endoscopy. At times there are multiple adhesions in the abdomen due to chronic infections. This adds to the pain.

Taking the evaluation to the next step, CT Abdomen and diagnostic laparoscopy are needed.

Take a bland diet, stay away from tea, coffee, junk, spicy and heavy food. You may need a short antibiotics course.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
