What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

HI, I have been having lots of stomach issues and lots of tests and the only thing I have been diagnosed a gluten sensitivity and so I have not had any gluten since I was diagnosed which was about 1 month ago. But I have pain in the left side of abdomen and my stool today was extremely green.
