What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Body?

sir, 35 male having pain on my left cheek and left part of the head and the left part of the neck .before two years ago one doctor said to me you have some thuroid pblm did FNAC.It has no pblm . some times the pain is severe pls say to me wht is the reason?

hi sir,your pain is not related to thyroid.i suspect trigeminal neuralgia or tic doulourex in your case.i usually suggest my patients to have a trial with tab.carbamazepine 100mg twice daily.most of them got relived of pain.so you can give a try.another probability is atypical facial pain which requires anti convulsants,anti depressants for its treatment.but yours mostly fits into trigeminal neuralgia.hope you are satisfied with my clarification.any further assistance needed from my side,please let me know.i'm happy to help you.thank you.take care.bye.
