What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Head And Blackout?

hi my name is Angela, im 32 , female. i have been in great health up until about 2 weeks ive been feeling like something isnt right . i have been having manic outbursts of rage, crying myself to sleep, the left side of my head has been heavy along with periodic pains that shoot through my head to the point of almost blackout. my left eye feels like its buldging, my arms and hands feel weak and trembling, i have been more clumbsy like dropping things, forgetful, concentration is difficult especially my ability to express what im trying to say, i noticed the other day my left arm had a seizure like episode twice in one day, not lasting long but definitly enough to stop me in my tracks, i have had feelings like there r bug crawling on my left ankle, my ears feel like they are leeking, my right foot turns outward when im sitting with my legs straight out in front of me, when i wake up in the mornings i feel off balance and impaired, 2 days ago i felt spacey or like everything was surreal like i wasnt attached to myself, even now my hands are very jittery while trying to type. i have to take alot of resting breaks between activities, i feel very nautious but dont vomit, ive been dropping weit noticably without effort, my appitite isnt really there but i still make myself eat here and there, the list keeps going but i cant think right now ...what do you think?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the symptoms narrated here indicate assembly of combined psychiatry with physiologic issues involving multiple levels of the various body organ systems.

A detailed psychiatry evaluation, thorough counselling, behaviour therapy with supportive medications will cure the issue over a period of time.

What can be done at present by self, is meditations and deep breathing exercises for best relief and results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
