What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Head?

Hi. I have a sharp pain on my left side of my head in the front just above my temple. My eye sometimes feels like it burns at times. Pain comes real sharp when I cough or bend over. I have been experiencing this kind of pain about a week and a half. It comes and goes. What could this mean? It isn t a constint pain but sharp at times and only really hurts when I go to cough.
