What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Upper Body?

I am having pain in my left upper body, between my collar bone and shoulder. It feels as though something is pinching me very hard. I am not having shortness of breath and have not injured myself. This has been going on for about 3 days, but is getting worse.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve.

I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also suggest avoiding movements that can trigger the symptoms.
